Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff's 'War' is adamant to overtake Shahid Kapoor starrer 'Kabir Singh' to grab the top spot at the box office

Hrithik Roshan,Tiger Shroff and  Vaani Kapoor's high octane action flick 'War' which released on Gandhi Jayanti last week, looks adamant leave a mark at the box-office. The film has not only made its way in the top grosser of all time on second Friday and looks on the verge to surpass the collections of  Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advanistarrer 'Kabir Singh'.

The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directorial which was a remake of his own hit Telegu film 'Arjun Reddy's became the top-grossing film of 2019 with Rs 276.34 crores but looks like Siddharth Anand's multi-starrer action flick will overtake 'Kabir Singh' as it has already collected Rs 257.50 crores in just two weeks.


The Hrithik and Tiger film has already surpassed the likes of 'Uri - The Surgical Strike', 'Bharat' and 'Mission Mangal' and looks set to topple Shahid's film to take the top spot this year.

'War' which collected Rs 226.50 crores in its first extended week itself has managed to mint another Rs 31 crores in its second weekend. With the on-going buzz on social media and a good word of mouth has helped the film lure audience to the theatres and looks like it will sail through this week as well and surpass 'Kabir Singh' to grab the top spot in the domestic circuit
